Product Characteristics

  • Transparent, plastic housing with integrated support flange
  • Non-corrosive and recyclable

  • Ambient temperature:  0° to 40° C / 32° to 104° F
  • Pressure build-up:  max. 4 bar / 58 psi
  • Electrolyte liquid:  environmentally friendly citric acid
  • Lubricant volume:  120cc (4.06 oz)

  • Four differently colored activating screws for 3 discharge periods:

    yellow = 1 month; green = 3 months; red = 6 months, gray = 12 months

Applications


perma FUTURA is suitable for single point lubrication of roller and sliding bearings, sliding guides, open gears, gear racks, spindles, shaft seals, chains and other components.  This lubrication system is ideal for use in areas that must be kept hygienically clean (e.g. food industry) and in environments which are highly corrosive.

New Quick Start Activator

The activating screw for the perma CLASSIC and FUTURA now creates an immediate pressure build-up.  The end result is that the lubricant comes out much quicker and activates quicker in low temperatures.

In the past, you would have to activate the unit 1 to 3 days early to insure that lubricant came out of the lubricator immediately upon installation.  This step is no longer necessary.
