STAR CONTROL IMPULSE

 

PLC / machine controlled lubricator

 
Similar to the perma STAR VARIO, the STAR CONTROL IMPULSE delivers precise amounts of lubricant and its operation is temperature independent.  The unique feature of STAR CONTROL IMPULSE is its connection to the machine's control unit.  Power (direct voltage) and control come from the machine.  This feature makes the STAR CONTROL IMPULSE ideally suited to equipment where lubrication is to take place only when the machine is in operation and where a feedback signal to PLC is required.  As soon as voltage is impressed, perma STAR CONTROL IMPULSE discharges the set discharge amount once.  Before it will discharge again, voltage must be interrupted for at least 5 seconds and then impressed again.
