When using an oiled filled perma, can I remote the unit and use a check valve?
Answer
Yes, you can remote the unit (up to 12 feet or more for the 1-month CLASSIC unit!) but make sure you use the check valve (non-return valve or oil throttle) at the lube point. This prevents the line from draining empty and keeps a positive pressure in the line.
