Can units be refilled?
Answer
Electrochemical units: No. Units should be removed and disposed with standard grease wastes once empty.
Electromechanical units: The lubrication canister (LC) cannot be refilled, but the drive unit may be reused. You can change out the LC in the field, and replace it with a filled LC reservoir available from perma USA. When the LC is changed, the battery pack must also be changed out.
