With our
electrochemical units, by screwing an
activator into the rear of the unit an activating pellet is dropped into a
liquid electrolyte creating pressure through a chemical reaction, which then
causes a piston to move forward and continuously dispense grease into the
lubrication point. The length of time it takes to empty the unit
(which holds approximately 100 shots of grease) is controlled by the use of
different activating screws and allows for precise and continual
lubrication.

| Our
electromechanical units consist
of a reusable drive motor (battery-or direct-wire powered) and a
replaceable lubrication canister. Each of these units can be easily
set for different discharge periods and be turned on and off with a switch.
These units are temperature independent and have very precise discharge
periods. |
