June was a big month for the perma USA team, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to attend four industry tradeshows across mining, pulp and paper, automation and plant reliability.
Throughout the month, we had the chance to connect with maintenance and reliability professionals, share how automated and connected lubrication supports safer and more reliable operations and learn more about the challenges teams are facing in the field.
To everyone who stopped by our booth, attended a session or took the time to connect with our team, thank you. Events like these are a great reminder of the value of face-to-face conversations and the importance of sharing knowledge across industries.
Where We Were in June

Elko Mining Show | Elko, NV
Represented by Eric Chavez, Nick Sanchez, MLT I and Olga Elezovic
Our team had great conversations around the challenges of extreme environments, difficult-to-access lubrication points and the ongoing need to reduce downtime. It was exciting to connect with professionals focused on improving safety and protecting critical assets in demanding mining operations.
PPSA Conference | Tampa, FL
Represented by Brayden Broadway and Kody Decker
At PPSA, we connected with professionals across the pulp and paper industry, discussing how automated lubrication supports consistency, reliability and safer operations across the mill.
Kody also led a learning session on reliability and safety, sharing practical insights on how lubrication strategies directly impact uptime, maintenance workload and overall plant performance.

FPE Automation Tech Showcase | Rosemont, IL
Represented by Andrew Stephens and Nick Sanchez, MLT I
This hands-on event highlighted the rapid evolution of automation technologies. Our team had valuable discussions around how reliable lubrication plays a critical role in supporting automated systems, reducing wear and ensuring long-term production performance.
Reliable Plant | Reno, NV
Represented by Eric Chavez, Anthony Dibernardo, Laine Fury, Nadine Hoffmann and Nick Sanchez, MLT I
Reliable Plant brought together reliability leaders focused on long-term performance and continuous improvement. A major highlight was Laine’s session on the future of lubrication, where theory meets real plant conditions.
The session explored the industry shift from manual lubrication to smart, connected systems and shared real-world examples of how these solutions perform under real plant constraints, from limited resources to safety challenges.

Key Takeaways from the Month
Across every event, a few themes consistently stood out:
- A growing focus on improving safety and reducing manual tasks
- Increased interest in automation and connected systems
- The importance of reliability as a long-term strategy, not a quick fix
Looking Ahead
June was a valuable month of learning, connection and growth for our team, and we’re excited to keep that momentum going.
Our next stop will be the SMRP Annual Conference in Raleigh, North Carolina, from September 28 to October 1, where we’ll be at Booth #901.
We’ll also be attending the Machinery Lubrication Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on October 27 and 28 at Booth #414.
If we didn’t get a chance to connect at one of these events, we would love to continue the conversation there or connect with our team anytime.
We hope to see you at an upcoming show!
