perma NOVA is designed for automatic single-point lubrication of roller and sliding bearings, sliding guides, open gears, gear racks, shaft seals and chains. It was developed for lubrication points exposed to considerable temperature variation, including outdoor installations. The 65 cc NOVA LC is also well suited for electric motor lubrication.

perma NOVA uses an electronic control unit with temperature compensation. After you select the discharge period, the NOVA Control unit calculates the gas generation needed to support consistent lubricant discharge while accounting for ambient temperature. This makes the system useful where temperatures fluctuate significantly.

perma NOVA is available with 65 cc and 125 cc lubricant canisters. You can set the discharge period from 1 to 12 months using the push button on the NOVA Control unit.

perma identifies the 65 cc NOVA LC as well suited for electric motor lubrication. Its smaller lubricant volume pairs well with the system's controlled discharge settings for applications that require defined lubricant quantities. The correct lubricant and discharge setting should still be based on the motor manufacturer's requirements.

Yes. The NOVA Control unit is reusable. When the lubricant canister is empty, you can replace the NOVA LC while retaining the control unit for continued use.

Yes. perma NOVA supports remote mounting with a maximum tube length of 6.5 feet, or 2 meters. Remote mounting can be useful when a lubrication point is difficult or unsafe to access, exposed to vibration or located in an area where direct mounting is not practical. Review perma's installation guidance when selecting lines and connection components.

perma NOVA carries Ex certification and has an IP65 protection rating when the individual parts are correctly assembled. It is dust-tight and protected against water jets, supporting use in demanding industrial environments and approved explosive areas.
